I would like to propose a more fair and just system for the beginning of FA, instead of first come first serve, especially if it’s going to be a Monday during a work week.
SJS and myself had a bid/time stamp that was identical. Both of us came in with a bid at 12:00:00 PM. I don’t know how the bot orders the bids as they come in, but I would like there to be an explanation to how I lost this bid other than SJS was posted first based on a technicality. In my opinion it was a tie and there should be some sort of tie breaker in place for when something like this happens again in the future.
I had no other way of winning the bid. If I posted any earlier, it would have been illegal. There’s no proof that I lost other than the ordering of the posts. I believe waiver order should be implemented in a case of a time stamp tie.

Proposal:
UFA Draft Rules • The UFA Draft is made up of 1 round. In the round, teams will be given a time slot to make their pick. If they do not make the pick within the allotted time, the draft will automatically continue with the next scheduled pick. • If a team's time on the clock (OTC) has passed, they may still make their pick at any time until the end of the round, but they forfeit any advantage over other teams in terms of their original draft position. • If you do not possess the necessary cap, roster, or contract years space to make your pick, you cannot make a pick until you do. • If you cannot make a selection, or do not wish to make a pick, you can simply post "Pass," so that we can keep the draft moving. Once a "Pass" is posted, a team may change their mind, but only before the next pick is made. • Teams may not change their pick after it has been made, or edit the post that they made IN ANY WAY, unless told to do so by a Commissioner/League Manager.
